I liked the print quality and its overall look on the canvas. However, the canvas is slightly bent or there is an issue with the hooks, the painting is now hanging straight on the wall. It is slightly protruded from one side.

This was my first time ordering from Arte'Venue and was a little skeptical at first. However, I went ahead and ordered a canvas painting from them. It was a seamless process for me. The painting arrived soon after placing the order. It was delivered safely and securely with no damage to the canvas roll. The painting looked just as seen in the image. Will definitely use them again.

Overall a great company and I've now ordered 11 paintings from you over the past 2 years. I have to admit that your website needs a lot of work though. The customization, size customaizations etc are really complex. If you need more details feel free to reach in touch.

The painting looks more vibrant than on the website, which was a pleasant surprise. It was packaged very neatly and safely. However, I did not get updates on the delivery status at any point, except when the delivery guy called to ask for directions. This would have been an issue if I had been out of station or unavailable to receive the artwork.

Issues with delivery

I really liked the paintings and the frames were just as I wanted them to be.

I got my art work printed. When compared to the original I felt the print for more contrast. I wanted someone to contact me on that if there was an issue with photograph. Still seperately no issue. This looks good..

Easy access to paintings and available with frames, delivery was smooth and well handled. Frame work is just ok nothing exceptional. Would love to see more of discount offers.

Very good choice of wall art paintings. The painting of the hummingbird was better than the other two as the other two were photos,not paintings. I will definitely think of your company only , whenever I need paintings again. Just requesting the prices to be minimised as there's a lot of difference in cost when we order larger sizes.

I recently purchased a painting Vase with Summer Flowers. Its so beautiful and has a sign and date of an artist as per original painting. The art looks very vintage. Its painted in 1880. I liked the print on canvas and frame quality. It also has a license number printed at the back of frame. If you are willing to pay a little extra I would definitely recommend artevenue. They have awesome collection.

Art work and packaging

The overall shopping experience from browsing the painting till arriving at home is seamless perfect. The quality of the paper print is good but could have improved if you look closely at each print, however, looking from a distance you cannot observe the difference. For the price, I think you can improve the quality of the print and nowadays technology has evolved and you are choosing a print based on the paper you expect it to be close to the colors. A good option to customize the frame but I choose the standard which is better than basic, I cannot commend on the durability as it just got hanged on my wall. To end it is a good place to buy your ideal painting if it is your living, dining, bedroom, or even bathroom. You can find almost all different types in terms of choices you can put on your wall. I choose these particulars to match my personality as I wanted to design my flat to give my own touch. Good work and hope you will get my 5 ratings when the quality of print deserved it. Created and delivered nicely. One suggestion I have is to show the full preview of the product as each option is chosen.. eg. If this feature was there i would have opted for the 2inch border instead of 3 inch.

I ordered 3 paintings from the Arte'Venue site and I must say that I am very satisfied with the entire process. I haven't purchased many works of art before this and was a little skeptical at first to order online. Here are a few things I really liked about the website: 1. It is very well categorized. 2. The size guide and color tool was very helpful while finalizing the artwork and the fact that the paintings could be customised was cherry on the top 3. I did get in touch with the service executives via the chat feature and they were most helpful 4. The artwork shipment was top notch Things that could have been better: 1. There are examples of many gallery walls on the website, but a few more gallery wall ideas would be really helpful for novice art enthusiasts 2.
