How you can request deletion of your account and personal data.

Arte'Venue ("we", "our", or "us") respects your right to control your personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains what happens when you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, and how you can make a request.

How to Request Deletion

If you have an Arte'Venue account, you can delete it yourself at any time:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Open the Remove My Account section and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access your account, or you want to request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account, please contact us via our Contact page or email us at support@artevenue.com.

What We Delete

When you delete your account, we permanently remove account-linked data including:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, and login credentials).
  • Saved shipping and billing addresses.
  • Shopping cart contents.
  • Store credits, coupons, and promotional balances linked to your account.
  • Your Art Board (saved artworks and related preferences).
  • Account preferences, notification settings, and other profile data.
  • Other personal data stored specifically in association with your user account.

What We May Retain

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including:

  • Order and transaction records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These records may be kept without a reference to your user account after deletion.
  • Communications required to resolve disputes, chargebacks, or customer support issues.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

After account deletion, you will not be able to access order history, carts, coupons, Art Board items, or other account-linked data through the Platform.


Processing Time

Account deletion through My Account takes effect immediately once you confirm the request. If you contact us for a manual deletion request, we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

Third-Party Services

If you signed in using a third-party service (for example, Google or Facebook), deleting your Arte'Venue account removes your data from our systems but does not delete your third-party account. You may need to manage permissions separately with that provider.
