A frame art is not just a mere showpiece but also can be a medium to make conversation with. After an extensive search in Artevenue Instagram page, i found my kind of art which will go with the ambience. Items ordered (coastal): 1) Water leaves III 2) Water leaves IV Although the packaging was good, there is a dent in the frame of water leaves IV. Also, there is slight dimension error in the frames. Damage: If there is any damage, as per our policy, we replace it at our cost (you just need to write us an email or whatsapp us within 5 days of delivery by attaching the photos of damages). Dimesion issue: As mentioned in the FAQ on our website that there can be very slight difference (in mm) in the dimasions due to aspect ratio of the artwork. We will, however, double check and enhance our production to ensure we deliver as accurate size as possible. Price: Would like to reiterate that we only use licensed images to produce the artworks and pay royalty to the artists. However, we are very sure that our prices are not higher compared to artworks with same very high wuality that we produce, same size, print surface, frame quality etc. Thank you again for your time.
