Returns, Exchange, Damaged Delivery & Refund Policy

Our artworks are customized as per the order and delivered with utmost care. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality, we are happy to accept the return and make a refund. Please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
- Only orders placed with full online payment are eligible for returns.
- Orders placed using Partial CoD, CoD, or Bank EMI offers are not eligible for returns.
- Returns apply only to art print items.
- Custom Photo frame items (customer uploads) and framed original artworks are not eligible for returns.
- Unframed original artworks can be returned.
Damaged Delivery
In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, artwork having quality issue or wrong artwork delivered to you is eligible for free replacement.
- Inform Arte'Venue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos showing the issue as proof of damage.
- We are not liable to replace or refund if informed after 48 hours or without proof.
- Arte'Venue will arrange replacement without any additional cost to the customer.
Exchange
- Only orders placed with full online payment are eligible for exchange.
Refund
After Arte'Venue quality check is passed for artworks received for returns, replacements or exchange, Arte'Venue will process refund in the original mode of payment or ask for customer's bank account details for bank transfer.
Return Shipping & Condition
- For eligible returns or exchange, customers must ship artworks to our return shipping address at their cost (except damaged delivery cases).
- Returned artwork must be in new condition, exactly as delivered.
- Upon receipt, Arte'Venue will ascertain the condition prior to issuing refund/replacement.
- The artwork will not be eligible for refund in case further damages are found.
