Artwork Details
- Licensed art prints of paintings, fine art, photography, etc. We pay a license fee to the artist/publishing house for every art print.
- You can upload your own art or photograph and have it printed and framed.
Our platform will soon have original paintings for sale online. We currently have stock of original paintings in our stores in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Yes. Framed artworks and stretched canvases come with hooks and are ready to hang. No assembly is required.
Every art print we sell lets you choose the print surface: paper or canvas.
Yes. Arte'Venue lets you customize inch-by-inch between the minimum and maximum size allowed by the artist (typically 8" up to 60"). You can also choose from various frame options and mount sizes/colors. You can preview exactly how your artwork looks after customization, and even use our augmented reality feature to see it in your space.
Please note: For designer gallery walls, and round artworks, only size can be customized. If you have a specific need, we will be happy to help.
We strive for high image accuracy and verify all sizes. Colors can vary slightly across screens. We only use genuine, licensed images and print up to the size that maintains the best quality. Finished sizes may vary slightly (up to 2" for larger sizes) due to aspect ratios and production tolerances.

Art Prints
We use original, licensed images and high-end printers used for fine art reproduction. All prints are fade proof and long lasting.
Framing
Frames are made of lightweight, durable polystyrene with a classy finish. Materials are sourced from the best in the industry.

Ordering
Browse various collections in art prints, curated wall art, and gallery walls, and click the one you like. Choose a ready size or use "CUSTOMIZE" to pick size, frame, mount color and size, etc. (wall art sets, gallery walls, and round artworks allow size selection). Add to cart, then proceed to checkout to enter address, review, and proceed to pay.
We display licensed artwork images on our website. And we use only authorized images to print and hence quality is always as per original artwork image. Due to device resolution and settings you use to view, you may see small virations in color shades in final artworks you receive.
We have always been delivering exactly as per the specified dimensions. However, sometimes, due to aspect ratio variations of different artworks there can be very small difference in dimensions (in few mm).
Minimum resolution is 150 DPI. Higher resolution allows larger prints (up to 40x60 inches). For larger prints, upload a higher-resolution image.
You can upload .jpg or .png files under 30MB and we'll print and frame them for you.
Payments
All major credit/debit cards, netbanking, UPI, wallet payments, Cash on Delivery (CoD), and partial CoD. For higher-value orders we may run limited-period no-cost EMI offers.

If payment is deducted but confirmation is missing, the order may get processed little later or the payment gateway will refund automatically. Sometimes there is a lag between banks, gateway, and our system. We reconcile payments, so the order will get processed after we receive payment. Shipping & Delivery
With frame: Protective covering on corners, shrink wrap, hard board edge covering, bubble/foam wrap, outer hard board, and outer shrink wrap.
Without frame: Rolled with butter paper and shipped in a tube. Breakage rate is under 0.02%.
Art Prints: Shipped in 1–3 days; delivery usually 3–10 days depending on destination (typically 4–7 days to metros/major cities from Bangalore, India).
Original Art: Shipped in 7–10 days; delivery typically 4–6 days to metros/major cities.
Orders ship via courier. You'll receive a tracking number. You can also track online at http://artevenue.com/order/lookup/
Shipping anywhere in India is free.
Yes. International shipping is available at actual courier charges.
Returns, Exchange, Damaged Delivery & Cancellation
- If you are not satisfied with quality, you can return art print items. Oly orders with online payment in full are eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery.
- Custom photo frames (customer uploads) and framed original artworks are not eligible. Unframed originals are eligible.
- Orders placed with CoD, partial CoD, or no-cost EMI are not eligible for returns.
- For the eligible orders, you will see a "Raise Return Request" under order details (menu -> My Orders). Please this option to raise a return request.
- After raising the request, please ship the products back to us, properly packed to avoid damage.
- We inspect returned items; damaged items cannot be refunded (photos/videos will be shared). If undamaged, we process refunds promptly as store credits or process refund in original modeof payment/bank transfer.
- Returns can be availed only once per order.
- Orders with online payment in full are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- Orders placed with CoD, partial CoD, or no-cost EMI are not eligible for exchange.
- For the eligible orders, you will see a "Raise Exchange Request" under order details (menu -> My Orders). Please this option to raise an exchange request.
- You may choose artworks of the same or lower price that the ones being exchanged. If the price of the chosen artworks is more then the difference will have to paid before we ship the replacement artworks.
- After raising the request, please ship the products back to us, properly packed to avoid damage.
- We inspect returned items; damaged items become ineligible (photos/videos will be shared). If undamaged, we will get the products ready as your exchange request and ship it to you.
- The damaged products can be sent back you at your cost
- Exchange can be availed only once per order.
Our damaged delivery/quality issue rate is below 0.2%. In the unlikely event of damage, quality issues, or wrong product delivery, the item is eligible for free replacement. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We cannot replace or refund if informed after 48 hours.
Production starts soon after order confirmation, so cancellation may not be possible once confirmed. We are happy to cancel before production begins (typically within a couple of hours). If cancelled, applicable refunds are issued to the original mode or via bank transfer and can take up to two weeks.
